New Antifriction Composites for Printing Machines Based on Tool Steel Grinding Waste

In this article, we present research results on the structure and properties of new self-lubricating antifriction composites based 4H4VMFS tool steel grinding waste with solid lubricant additives. The are designed to work in friction units offset cylinders printing machines at rotation speeds up 7000 rpm increased loads 5.0 MPa. developed technology formed a fine-grained heterophase metal matrix base regenerated waste, consisting high-alloy ??solid solution hard grains alloying element carbides, as well evenly distributed CaF2 antiseizure lubricant. This ensured formation favorable functional properties. During process, films were contact surfaces, resulting self-lubrication mode. Comparative tests for wear showed significant advantages composite compared cast bronze parts, which traditionally used rolled newspaper machines. stable operation made it possible ensure “wear-free” effect. Studies have shown importance prospects using wide range valuable reproduction cycle manufacture quality composites. Reuse such would significantly protect environment from pollution connected human activity industrial mitigate negative impacts ecosystems biosphere.
